Freshman SummerTransition Academy

The freshman summer transition academy will provide rising freshmen the opportunity to become familiar with the high school setting while providing enrichment in reading, math, language arts, technology and character education.

Learning Outcomes

• Assist students with reading fluency and the understanding of short story elements
• Assist students with the use of the calculator and understanding basic algebraic equations
• Expose students to the components of PBIS and Character Education
• Introduce students to multimedia as a method of displaying their learning identity
